Math Quiz Forums are back!

Good news everyone,

The forums for Math Quiz Online game are back up after being down for some maintenance had to be done to update the forums software (its using phpBB) to the latest version which took longer then I through it would when I started it but as it turns out, updated it wasn't easy and a lot of work and replacing files like in this guide

And I just ended up reinstalling it and it was easier to just setup it up again from scratch, then importing some of the settings from a database backup and getting the plug-ins over from the old website (redownloaded some from source too), and had to redo the permissions for the forums to be visible to the public
